High Maturity Concepts for the New Year

We are ushering in the New Year with an offering of the ISACA 'High Maturity Concepts' course.

This is a 'building' level course (i.e. introductory) and is intended to focus on the High Maturity practices of the CMMI Framework.

According to the most recent CMMI Performance Report (https://cmmiinstitute.com/resource-files/public/cmmi-performance-report-summary), over 20% of all appraisals performed in the world look at Maturity Level 4 or Maturity Level 5. In order to serve as a team member on one of these appraisals, you must first satisfy the training and education requirements for this type of event. In addition to successfully completing either the Building Organizational Concepts course (BOC), or a combination of the Foundations of Capability course (FOC) and at least one of the two Building Excellence Courses (Building Development Excellence or Building Service Excellence), you also need to take the High Maturity Concepts class.

This class will introduce you to the principles of process management and optimization through the use of Statistical and other quantitative measurement techniques.

The High Maturity Concepts course is also a pre-requisite for anyone wishing to embark on a more advanced study of the CMMI and seeking to pursue the CMMI Professional certification or to go on to become an instructor or lead appraiser.

Your instructor for this course is Kieran Doyle, a highly experienced and respected, High Maturity Lead Appraiser who has considerable experience of working with high-maturity organizations and putting these techniques into practice in the real world.

This course is being held immediately after our January offering of the Building Organizational Capability course, so why not take both together to fast-track your CMMI journey?
