General Training Information

Virtual Course Delivery

Many of our courses are delivered virtually. In order to participate in an on-line course you should first confirm that you are able to participate effectively in this type of training environment. Specifically, you will need:

​

  1. Access to a laptop or desktop computer with the following:

    1. Working webcam

    2. Headset (preferred) or good audio equipment

    3. Fast, stable broadband connection

  2. A quiet work area away from distractions and background noise

  3. Completed any necessary pre-conditions prior to course commencement

 

Our certified courses carry an expectation that all students will be on-camera for the duration of the course (except in exceptional circumstances agreed in advance with the trainer)

Please note, we use the Zoom platform for virtual course delivery. There is no necessity for you to have a zoom account in order to participate successfully on one of our virtual courses, but we do ask that you attend a pre-course readiness review to confirm acceptable working of the video conferencing tools with your system.

Bundle Pricing

We offer bundle discounts for students wishing to book more than one course at a time. For the introductory CMMI courses in particular, it is common practice to take both the Foundations of Capability course and one or more Building Excellence Courses at the same time, so you will find our course schedules these courses together. Bundle prices are available at any time and are not subject to time constraints.

  • BUNDLE2 - 10% discount when booking a Foundations of Capability course plus 2 Building Excellence courses

Note: All discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be used retrospectively.

Refund Policy

If circumstances change and it is necessary for you to withdraw from a course you have booked, we would first give you the option to transfer onto a different course. However, if that is not possible we will offer refunds subject to the following conditions:


1)    Cancellation more than 1 month from course commencement – full refund
2)    Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks from course start – 90% refund
3)    Cancellation within 2 weeks of course commencement – no refund 
4)    Failure to attend or complete a training event – no refund

 

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a course for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded or students will be offered an alternative date.

Private Courses

This website lists all of our current public training offerings. We are also able to offer all of our course portfolio privately to organisations interested in training several students at the same time. Private courses can be delivered virtually or in person. If you are interested in discussing these options further, please contact us directly.
