As part of this class you will receive:

• 30 days access to the CMMI Online Model Viewer
• One attempt at the CMMI Practitioner exam (valid 30 days from course completion)
• Electronic access to all standard CMMI Institute slides and exercise material

On successful completion of the course you will receive:

• Official CMMI Institute certificate in pdf form
• Entry into the CMMI Institute database which will open up the possibility of your participation as an appraisal team member and is entry requirements for more advanced CMMI courses

If circumstances change and it is necessary for you to withdraw from a course you have booked, we would first give you the option to transfer onto a different course or date. However, if that is not possible we will offer a refund subject to the following conditions:

- Cancellation more than 1 week from course commencement – full refund
- Cancellation within 1 weeks of course commencement – no refund
- Failure to attend or complete a training event – no refund

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a course for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded or students will be offered an alternative date.

Please note that the CMMI Institute now enforce a strict minimum class size of 3 people; if insufficient people sign up to a class, or if cancellations take the class below this size then we will unfortunately be forced to cancel this class and you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.

Jonathan Dean, has over 22 years practical experience in using the CMMI to help a range of organisations improve their businesses in a wide variety of market sectors including Government, Defence, Aerospace, Financial, Telecoms and Automotive. As a certified SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum@Scale practitioner and experienced agile coach, Jonathan has a wealth of experience in implementing CMMI in both traditional and agile based organisations and can draw on this experience to help you understand the model in the context of your own business by illustrating CMMI concepts with practical, real-world examples.

This course is an ISACA  licensed  event that leads to an approved certification exam. As a result, it is governed by a set of policies that set minimum expectations for how the course will be conducted.

These policies include:

• Students must attend the course orientation session
• Requirement for an ID check for all students
• Students must attend ALL class sessions
• Students muststay on camera at all times for virtual courses
