Based on your feedback, we understand there is some confusion regarding the best training option to choose. To help clear this up, we recently added a new resource to our Resource Library. This resource will clarify which course is best if you're starting out with CMMI, depending on your specific needs.

We offer both primary CMMI learning pathways. These include Building Organizational Capability and Foundations of Capability, as well as Building Excellence courses. We typically run public courses for each pathway once a month. However, we are happy to discuss private courses at a convenient time if you wish to train several people together.

New and Improved Murals: Enhancing Your Learning Experience

One aspect of our online training courses that receives immense praise is our use of Mural. This online collaborative whiteboarding tool enhances the interactivity of our courses. Mural boards serve as online student workbooks. They enable teams to 'swarm' over class activities in a more collaborative manner compared to traditional shared documents.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we have revamped all our Mural boards. This upgrade aims to enhance the student experience and add value to the classes. We supplement individual activities with additional relevant resources, providing extra context and insight into the concepts being studied.
