Introducing the Agile Manifesto

This mini-program introduces participants to the Agile Manifesto and its guiding principles. It is intended for people who are not familiar with Agile and who may not even be working in an IT type of environment, but are are interested to learn a little more about Agile approaches and their potential. Participants will explore each of the four main manifesto Values and the twelve principles of the manifesto through engaging, non-IT examples. By the end of the course, participants will understand the foundational values and principles of agile methodologies and how they can be applied in various contexts.
