If circumstances change and it is necessary for you to withdraw from a course you have booked, we would first give you the option to transfer onto a different course. However, if that is not possible we will offer a refund subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation more than 1 month from course commencement – full refund
• Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks from course start – 80% refund
• Cancellation within 2 weeks of course commencement – no refund
• Failure to attend or complete a training event – no refund

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a course for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded or students will be offered an alternative date.

As a certified SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum@Scale practitioner and experienced agile coach, Jonathan has a wealth of experience in implementing CMMI in both traditional and agile based organisations and can draw on this experience to help you understand the model in the context of your own business by illustrating CMMI concepts with practical, real-world examples.
