Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to attend this class once booked, get in touch with us straight away. We can either change your booking to a different course or possibly transfer it to a nominated substitute. If neither of these options is appropriate for you, our refund policy is as follows: Notification of cancellation more than 2 weeks from the commencement of the course will result in a full refund being credited to you; cancellation within 2 weeks of the course commencement will result in no refund being given, although you will be offered a place on an alternative offering of the same course. If it becomes necessary for EMT to cancel this course for reasons beyond our control, you will be offered a full, immediate refund or the option to transfer to an alternative offering of the same course.
